Course Aims
This intensive course is designed to give existing ACT! Users familiar with the product in a Windows environment an introduction to Symantecs' new business contact manager for the Windows 95/98 environment ACT! Version 3.0. This entirely 'hands on' course will give readers a good understanding of recording their contacts, maintaining a contact history, communicating via a range of media, scheduling their activities and producing reports. |
Assumed Knowledge
A good understanding of PCs, Windows 3.1x and a standard keyboard layout as gained from attendance on a "Windows 3.1x User Introduction" course or from past experience. No experience of networking is required. |
