Course Aims
Microsoft Works 4.0 for Windows 95 is a fully integrated set of tools containing a word processor, spreadsheet, database and communications facility. Being part of the Microsoft stable it provides the same style of easy to use icons and menus as the rest of the products in the range, allowing you to switch between the different tools and combine information one with another. This intensive course goes through all the basic functions of text production, database and spreadsheet facilities available through the Works menus and provides a practical example of working together with the major tools.
Assumed Knowledge
A basic understanding of PCs and familiarity with and use of a keyboard, mouse and the Windows 95 interface is required, gained from previous experience or by attendance on a Introduction to Windows 95 User course.
